Healthy teacup puppies provides the following health guarantees.
7-Day Health Guarantee (starting from the date you pick up your puppy)
14-Day Health Guarantee (starting from the date you pick up your puppy)
6month Health Guarantee (starting from the date your deposit is paid)
7 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE
For the first seven days after you bring your puppy home,
Healthy teacup puppies will cover up to $300 in treatment costs for minor but treatable conditions related to flight stress or environmental changes. This includes symptoms such as loss of appetite, cold symptoms, diarrhea, vomiting, skin conditions, or parasites.
Please note that only treatment costs will be covered.
We are not responsible for any additional veterinary fees including exam fees, X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, blood tests, routine check-ups, or any other related expenses.
This guarantee does not apply to illnesses, injuries, or deaths resulting from the buyer’s negligence or improper care. Examples include delayed airport pick-up, accidental injuries such as falls, hypoglycemia, or overeating due to incorrect feeding such as providing the wrong type or amount of food.
Since puppies and kittens are living animals, it is essential to follow our care instructions during the first week. Feed the specific type and amount of food we recommend, and avoid giving baths, taking them for walks, or allowing contact with other dogs.
To request compensation, a medical report written by a licensed veterinarian must be submitted within 72 hours of the initial diagnosis. The report must clearly confirm that the condition was not caused by any action or negligence on the buyer’s part.
Original photos of the puppy must also be included with the claim.
14 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE
For the first fourteen days after you bring your puppy home,
Healthy teacup puppies will cover up to $600 for treatment of life-threatening but treatable infectious diseases such as parvovirus or canine distemper.
Please note that only treatment costs will be covered.
We are not responsible for any additional veterinary fees including exam fees, X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, blood tests, routine check-ups, or any other related expenses.
This guarantee does not apply to illnesses, injuries, or deaths resulting from the buyer’s negligence or improper care. 6months HEALTH GUARANTEE
For 6months from the date your deposit is paid,
Healthy teacup puppies offers a replacement puppy of equal value in cases where a licensed veterinarian diagnoses an incurable, life-threatening congenital defect or disorder that may lead to death. This includes cases of death caused by such conditions, as well as congenital heart defects that are grade 4 or higher.
* This guarantee remains valid for 1 year from the date the deposit is received.
Please note that Only congenital defects or disorders are covered under this guarantee.
Genetic or hereditary conditions are not covered.
This guarantee does not include any form of financial compensation such as refunds.
We only provide a replacement puppy or kitten of comparable value.
We are not responsible for any veterinary fees including exam fees, X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, blood tests, routine check-ups, or any other related expenses.
Please note that Luxating Patella (Kneecap Dislocation) and LCPD (Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease) are NOT covered.
Joint or bone-related conditions caused by the pet’s environment are also not covered.
We recommend using anti-slip mats on floors and pet stairs around sofas to prevent joint strain and provide a safe environment for your puppy.

We do not guarantee naturally occurring changes such as eye color, coat color, size, or weight.
We also do not cover issues related to personality, behavior, or habits such as malocclusion or training difficulties.
All claims and supporting documents must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period and within 72 hours of the initial diagnosis.
All medical evaluations and diagnoses must be conducted by licensed veterinarians.
A written confirmation from the licensed veterinarian regarding the condition of your puppy or kitten is required.
All submitted documents will be reviewed by our veterinary team.
We may request additional documentation if necessary.
Our health guarantees are non-transferable and apply only to the original buyer.
